OSI Fellow
OSI Fellows, leaders in implant dentistry, form the General Assembly, OSI's top decision-making body. Fellowship, reviewed biannually, requires nomination by senior Fellows and contributions to education, research, or leadership.
OSI Fellowship Guidelines
1. Submission Requirements
- Total of 10 cases required: 7 retrospective and 3 prospective submissions over 6 months.
- Cases must range from single implant to full arch.
2. Case Documentation
- Submit presurgical and post-surgical radiographs.
- Include clinical pictures supporting each case.
- All submissions should be in PowerPoint format.
3. Submission Process
Retrospective Cases
- Submit the first 7 cases after filling the fellowship form.
- Portal for retrospective submissions will close once submitted.
Prospective Cases
- Portal will open to submit the 3 prospective cases individually as completed.
4. Completion and Evaluation
- Once all 10 cases are submitted, the portal closes and cases are final for evaluation.
- Evaluation results will be communicated within 30 days of final submission.
5. Registration Deadlines
- Fellowship portal will close one month before the national conference.
6. Additional Rules
- No repetitive cases are allowed.
- Ensure high-quality images in submissions.
