8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The registration cancellation for OSICON 2025 can be done while taking care of below Refund Policies:

- 50% Refund can be claimed, for the registrations cancellation request applied till July 31, 2025.

- 25% Refund can be claimed, for the registrations cancellation request applied till September 30, 2025.

- There will be No Refund for the registrations cancellation request applied after September 30, 2025.

- Please note that the Registrations for OSICON 2025 are Non-Transferrable.
