1- Clinical practice - 15yrs. Implant Practice since 2014 (11yrs). 
2- Worked as senior lecturer in IDS, SOA deemed to be university, Bhubaneswar, since 3rd july 2008. Now Professor & HOD, Dept of Orthodontics, IDS since 2019. 
3- Consultant Orthodontist and Implantologist in Apollo hospital Bhubaneswar since January 2015 & continuing. 
4- Consultant orthodontist associated with Deutsche Cleft Kinderh Life e.v. German Cleft childrens aid society, Germany, since 2012. 
5- Total no of implants placed is more than 700. Yearly implant placed is more than 100 currently.
